  • 600 hour classical certification
  • Holistic nutritionist

As a holistic nutritionist, Lisa has spent more than ten years helping clients build lasting vitality from within. During a challenging season of her own life she discovered Pilates, and found it was the missing piece in her own healing and strength.

Drawn to the mind and body connection of the classical method, she trained comprehensively and is now a 600 hour certified Classical Pilates instructor. For the past year she has studied with, and been mentored by, Master Teacher Teresa Boeve, refining her teaching through the lineage of Joseph Pilates.

Lisa brings compassion, precision and a deep respect for the body’s own wisdom to every session. She combines her background in holistic nutrition with the classical method to help clients feel stronger, more grounded and more connected, on and off the mat.
